Jamie Yates, the owner of Cedar Creek Builders, moved to Berkeley County in 1976. In 1989, he began working in the custom home business. Yates began his own residential contracting company in 1993. His variety of expertise and knowledge includes being environmentally efficient as well as innovative and creative. Yates' goal for every client is to make the home of your dreams become a reality.

Yates is an active member of the Eastern Panhandle Home Builders Association, having served on the board of directors for a number of years.
